Why Men Don’t Go to Christian Singles Mixers

First off, I want to make it clear that this isn’t to bash women. As a Christian man who’s gone to Christian Singles Mixers, it’s simply to answer the question inspired by ChishaZed’s Video, where women are all asking, “Why aren’t men going to these Singles Events?”

Also, another thing to keep in mind is that I don’t speak for all men or all Christian Singles events. This is just one man’s perspective. If it provides just a little bit of insight, hopefully it helps.

Points Discussed:

  1. Christian Men Don’t Follow the World
  2. Men Don’t Need Congregations as Much as Women Do
  3. The Church Makes Single Men Feel Lonely
  4. My Experience at the Singles Mixer
  5. Christianity and Feminism Does NOT Mix

Scarcity vs Abundance Mindset in Dating – An Unpopular Opinion

Long ago, I remember hearing Beyonce sing the lyrics, “I can have another you in a minute” as she describes leaving a contentious boyfriend for someone else. This is an example of someone who has an “Abundance Mindset.” The question is: Can you afford to have it?

I just finished watching this amazing video from Medium Man (see above) where a 40-year-old man explains that he chose to marry his ex-wife because he had a Scarcity Mindset. Meaning, he married her because he was afraid that this would be the only woman he’d ever have a chance to marry.

Medium Man talks about it around the 3:59 mark, and asserts that men need to have an Abundance Mindset when it comes to women. But is that wise? Let’s talk about it.

POINTS DISCUSSED:

  1. What is the Scarcity Mindset?
  2. What is the Abundance Mindset?
  3. Red Pill Advice Given to Men:
  4. What Are the Odds?
  5. Embrace Your Reality:

Black Women Don’t Want to Build with Black Men?

The anger that boils from Black Men going after White Women is nothing new. Ever since I was a kid, there was always criticism when it came to dating outside your race.  It doesn’t matter what argument you try to make. It doesn’t matter if you say it’s just your preference and you got no hate towards black women. If you date outside your race, people will take it as an insult and a rejection of “your own.”

Recently, popular black activist Dr. Umar ruffled feathers when he spoke up on why “Snow Bunnies” (white women) are scooping up a lot of the sistah’s Black Men. He opined that a White Woman is willing to see the potential in black men and build with him.

Dr. Umar went on to say that “Modern Black Women prioritize a man’s income over his masculinity. Meaning, he can provide, he’s willing to help with the children, he will nurture you, look out for you, but he might not be able to put you in a Mercedes.”

It lends weight to the argument that women don’t want to run the race with you. They want to wait by the finish line and hitch onto you once you’ve made it. But is that wrong?

POINTS DISCUSSED:

  1. Who is Dr. Umar?
  2. Will a White Woman Help a Man Grow?
  3. Culture and Herd “Hood” Mentality
  4. Black Men Must Stay Single and Build Himself First
  5. We’re Likely to Meet More White Women on Our Ascent:
  6. Will a Black Man leave a Good Black Woman?

The Worst President of My Lifetime

On a perfectly lovely Sunday night, capping off a lovely Thanksgiving holiday…I saw news that deleted the last ounce of respect I had for this guy. When he pardoned his son.

Without a doubt, Joe Biden is the worst president I’ve ever experienced. For those scoring at home, I was born in 1986.

So, yes…I’ve read about the awfulness of presidents like Jimmy Carter, Nixon, and even bumbling 19th century presidents like James Buchanon and how Rutherford B Hayes dropped the ball when it comes to Reconstruction in the South.

But Joe Biden…and quite frankly, everyone who was tricked, pressured, manipulated, and brow-beaten into voting for him… Points Discussed:

  • Black People and Selective Outrage
  • Keystone Pipeline and Afghanistan Disaster
  • Ukraine
  • Trans, Supreme Court, and Education
  • Crime, Immigration, and Inflation

Why I Never Trusted the “Tolerance and Acceptance” Crowd

Long story short, the ones preaching for Tolerance and Acceptances are also the main ones oppressing the opinions and personalities they don’t accept. Which makes them the dictators they keep accusing others of being.

True acceptance is acknowledging that people are different. All of us. Groups of people might have a different opinion, a different way of life, a different culture, religion, perspective, or a different sense or morality, what’s right or what’s wrong.

Letting that person express their opinion without trying to get them in trouble for having those thoughts and opinions…that is acceptance.

I’m not saying there should be no consequences. But who gets to decide what those consequences are? And if the consequences are so arbitrary and based on who’s offended the most, is there equality? Is there acceptance? Or…does that give all the power and authority to the one who’s offended.

Why Did they Mock Christianity in the Olympic Opening Ceremony?

Recently, the world watched as a group of drag performers openly mocked and insulted the Christian faith and Christ’s last supper. Outrage ensued. I wonder what the prophet Jeremiah would have to say about all this?

Are they trying to turn Christians into the very thing they already accuse them of being? For years, the mainstream has slandered Bible-practicing Christians as a bunch of intolerant bigots who are looking to oppress non-believers and the LGBTQ community.

And of course, the main reason why the Mainstream can so openly attack Christianity is because many of us are far from what they’re accusing us of. Seriously, do you think there would be a “Pride Month” in America if we were all oppressing them?

Selfish Single Mothers and Black Crime in America

Recently, Eboni K. Williams, a popular internet figure and former Real Housewife, created waves by announcing to the world that she chose to be a Single Mother via IVF.

That’s right. You read it correctly. She didn’t end up a single mother by mistake. She didn’t “choose the wrong guy.” She wasn’t the victim of some deadbeat or a guy who ended up cheating on her which led to her outcome as a single mother.

Eboni K. Williams willingly chose to bring a child into this world without a father. This is a problem.

Stupidity and the Refusal to Listen – Dating Criticism

Ladies are asking questions about men. They’re struggling to find true love, so they want to know what’s happening. What’s wrong with the men? They’re asking questions…but are they listening to the answers?

Let’s start with this New York Post article. Time after time, what we see are headlines, posts, and videos highlighting just the dumbest of the dumb, the loudest minority, or the stupid sexy people whose opinions make no sense at all.

My First Trip to Vegas and the Grand Canyon

Before I went to Vegas, I did a whole bunch of research that kind of robbed me of the magic of being surprised by what I experienced. But no matter how many pictures I saw, nothing could prepare me for the sensation of standing on the edge of the Grand Canyon.

My Insecurity: “You’re Not that Important”

Let me start by saying I’m a firm believer in the notion of, “the only one you can control is yourself.”

That being said, I’m aware that it is possible to get people to feel/think/do what you want them to by game, influence, and manipulation. It is possible to convince others to love you, prioritize you, or to like you. If I wanted to, I could do all of this. And yet, I refuse.

If you were to ask me why, I don’t ever think I could respect people like that. It’s like those clips where a guy walks up to a woman, tries to talk to her, she blows him off like he’s no big deal until she sees that he’s driving a Maserati. Then, all the sudden, she hurries over to get his attention. Now, all the sudden she’s interested.
