Long before the legends of King Arthur became the stories we know today, there were young warriors fighting to make names for themselves. Men who were brave, reckless, stubborn, fiercely loyal, and sometimes their own worst enemies.
Enter Gawain of Tintagel.
At twenty-one, he’s already endured captivity, bloodshed, and the burden of command. As leader of the Green Hawks, he’s earned the respect of his brothers and the men who fight beside him.
But the hardest battles aren’t always fought with swords.
Between Morgan le Fay, the woman who holds his heart, and Arthur, the young heir whose destiny threatens everything Gawain knows, our hero faces choices that could cost him far more than his life.
And he’s not alone.
There are brothers with something to prove, enemies with scores to settle, dangerous women with ambitions of their own, and enough rivalries, betrayals, and bad blood to keep everyone on their toes.
This is Arthurian legend before the heroes became legends.
An adventure filled with brotherhood, romance, political intrigue, brutal battles, and young men trying to figure out what kind of men they want to become.
And now, with recognition from the 2026 PenCraft Book Awards, there’s never been a better time to discover Gawain’s story!
To our longtime followers and readers, THANK YOU for being part of this adventure. And to our newest visitors, pull up a chair, explore the artwork, meet the characters, and get ready for one hell of a ride!
