Just going off the title and topics, but yes, they are cautionary tales. Lolo was a positive from a purity standpoint, but she waited way too long and doesn’t understand what men really want. We don’t necessarily mind if women are successful, but that isn’t what attracts us to them.

Lolo and Venus aren’t to blame. Men are because when the ladies were in their 20s men were unwilling to wait until marriage before having sex with them. The women had no choice but to focus on their careers because men didn’t do their job. Men’s job is to marry women, impregnate them, and disrupt their careers. Lolo is merely freezing her eggs, not fertilizing them. That’s smart considering her lack of success with men.

Hi, Renee!
I agree with you on all points. There’s no way either of us can really know the truth about what happened in their 20s. But, if we’re being honest…as beautiful as they are, I find it difficult to believe that they “had no choice” when it comes to finding a virtuous man who was willing to wait till marriage.
I opine that they likely had men and boyfriends but they either chose to prioritize their careers over those boyfriends. Or, the good Christian man who would’ve waited for them, simply weren’t enough in their eyes. Meaning, because Venus and Lolo are rich and successful, they wanted other rich, famous, successful men who are “on their level”.
And I know that sounds like it shouldn’t be a bad thing, but consider why Lolo and Venus are still virgins. They’re citing their religious beliefs, which I respect and I think is so cool. The problem is if we’re right in assuming they want rich, successful men. Christian men aren’t taught to prioritize money and fame.
That being said, I will concede that it’s certainly possible that these two beautiful women simply had the bad luck of running into nothing but men who were immoral.
