The Knights with No Lords

By Rock Kitaro

Everyone’s heard of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. But what if I told you that before they were the shining examples of chivalry and virtue…they were a bunch of hot-blooded youths ready to sword-up and throw down with the best of them. And in a dark world where nearly every kingdom is plagued with death and destruction, Britannia is fertile to give birth to legends.

17-year-old Morgan le Fay is strong-willed enchantress who knows she’s destined for greatness but feels shackled by the expectations of being borne a lady of the court.

Her only friend in the world is the self-sacrificing, Gawain, an adopted prince who everyone seems to think will be the next Spartacus. However, four years earlier Gawain was abducted and enslaved by Hibernians, the sworn enemy of Cornwall.

Spurred by a prophetic vision, Morgan defies the king and treks into enemy territory to get him back no matter the cost and she’s not alone. She tricks Gawain’s little brothers the violent Agravain and pretty boy Gaheris into coming along. And Tristan, the Champion of Cornwall, is about ready to wring her neck when he finds out she escapes the palace.

After clashing with the likes of Vikings and conniving kings, the upstarts finally rescue their prize but the battle was far from over. Morgan’s world comes crashing down when it appears that Gawain has fallen for one of his captors, the beautiful Princess Isolde.

Consumed by rage and betrayed by her own magic, Morgan unleashes a treacherous scheme that sends Cornwall headlong into the throes of war. And in spite of all her deceit, designs, and destruction, Gawain still loves her. His duty as an older brother and heir to the throne demands he hold her accountable. In the end, Gawain and Morgan come to the same conclusion. If they can’t live with each other, one of them has to die.

Sailor Neptune 2

It’s Christmas Day, the final day of the movie shoot. Again and again, beautiful girls tempt Majestic even though his conflicted heart longs for Sailor Jupiter. After Majestic is caught kissing someone else, Sailor Jupiter erupts in a violent rage. In her eyes, Majestic is nothing but poison trying to destroy the Sailor Scouts from within. It’s the last straw and once against the star-crossed lovers comes to blows. However, something unexpected happens. An untapped power is unlocked.

Chapter 5: Love Bites and a Final Blow

That night, everyone went to our house to have dinner. We got to know Ben a little bit better. He was a pretty cool. A little too cool. I couldn’t imagine why Ken was so disappointed and I didn’t want to make any assumptions. Serena seemed especially enthralled with Ben. So did Chris. Ben and Dad also seemed to be getting along. Probably because of Ben always talking about how men do things.

After about two hours of talking and laughing, I started to get bored. So I silently slipped away and went to the garage. There, I played my drums, a cadence to “As Long As You Love Me”. It sounded pretty good. After about fifteen minutes. Amy came outside.

Sailor Mercury.gif

“That’s a nice song.” She told me.

“Thanks. I liked the songs you guys made too.”

She giggled as she approached. “I had no idea you knew how to play the drums.”

“Yeah well, Chris and me have been playing music since I can remember. HE even knows how to work the turntables.”

She laughed, covering her mouth every so bashfully with the back of her dainty hands. I could see she was coming on to me and the heat rushed from my chest. Next thing I knew, Amy came and sat down over my lap. Her perfume was intoxicating and my heart rate was out of control. I couldn’t believe it. I must have had the dumbest look on my face.

G-Force (Street Fighter & Mortal Kombat fan fiction) Chapter 4: Sub Zero

Sub-Zero 5

With the conflicts squashed between Majestic and Sailor Jupiter, G-Force and the Sailor Scouts are finally able to finish their movie together. However, Majestic soon learns that Chris’s future doesn’t just depend on their success in the entertainment industry, he’s also depending on Ken and Ryu’s help in future battles. Turns out, Chris comes from a clan of Mortal Kombat warriors with the powers of Sub-Zero…. He’s destined to become Sub-Zero.

Chapter 4: Sub-Zero

The first week of the movie shooting went well. The second week started off good…but ended with a fight between Serena and me. I had enough of her complaining and gave her a piece of my mind. Ken intervened with a kick that bruised my ribs something fierce. Ken…he was usually a cool dude, but I saw from his eyes that he’d mess up anyone who messed with Sailor Moon.

Ken also started teaching Chris and I proper Shotokan Karate. He taught us to utilize the body in self-defense. His style used an array of kicks and powerful punches as well as these crazy acrobatic moves.

Our schedule was hectic. It was hard to ever find time to relax and just have fun. Chris found it easy to have fun, while I’d focus on training. I remember Chris throwing water balloons at the girl one time. He could always be depended on to lighten the mood.

Every morning since we started shooting the film, Chris and I would run as fast as we could to school as part of our training. During class, we’d do push-ups as quietly as we could without disturbing everyone. Chris out would tire out and quit before me. But I was more determined.

From three to eight, Chris and I would join the other cast members to film the movie. At about seven, mom and dad would occasionally visit us on the set and serve us dinner. When I got home, Chris and I would spar for a while, using techniques Ken taught us. Of course, Chris would pucker out early so I’d have to practice by myself. I didn’t stop until Dad made me. The next day we’d wake up and do it all over again.

Sailor Jupiter 2

After series of violent clashes, resentment still brews in spite of Majestic’s apology. The scathing sarcasm and belittlement wears him down to the point where he’s ready to quit the movie that he and Chris auditioned for. However, Ken and a few of the Sailor Scouts aren’t ready to give up on their new friends just yet. Sailor Jupiter and Majestic have a score to settle. Their battle is inevitable.

CHAPTER 3 – Sailor Jupiter Strikes
Written By Rock Kitaro

We finally got to the Sheraton hotel to check the girls in. Like usual, there were cameras and a small crowd. Us guys went into the girl’s hotel room to socialize.

“So when do we start filming?” Serena asked.

“I could have sworn someone already asked that question.” Chris smirked.

“In two weeks.” Ken answered.

“Good! Then we have more time to get to know you guys. And maybe you can show us the city.” Mina said to Chris and I.

“That would be great.” Chris said. “Although, there’s not much to see.”

“Tell me about it.” Ryu grumbled.

“Wasn’t Augusta the first capital of Georgia?” Amy asked.

“I don’t know. Was it, Majestic?” Chris asked.

“Yes.” I said, apathetic and out of it.

“What’s wrong, man?” Ryu said. He was the one sitting closest to me. Lana overheard and immediately I felt her eyes hit me. As if she was waiting for me to say something just to piss her off.

“Nothin.” I grumbled.

Everyone stared at me and they would’ve have kept staring if the chaperone/manager hadn’t knocked on the door. The chaperone informed us that dinner was in twenty minutes.

“Alright!” Mina exclaimed. “I’m starving. Hey Chris, are you guys staying for dinner?”

“Sure! Right, Majestic?”

“Sure, Chris.”

“Great.” Lana muttered.

The way Lana stared at me, I really felt like crying. Here, Lana continued to express her contempt for me and no one seemed to care. Chris was so into Mina that he didn’t see what was going on. I knew Ryu knew because he’d glance at me every time she threw a jab.

The chaperone knocked on the door again. She told us that dinner was ready in the main hall. On our way, I pulled Chris aside.

“Hey man. I’ll catch up with you back at the house.”

“What? Why don’t you stay, man?”

Kinda frustrated, I raised my voice to an angry whisper. “Chris! Are you blind? This day has been the worst in a long time. First you punch me in the stomach, then we go to the airport to pick up bad attitudes, which I know I started first. But then I apologized. We get into a big fight in the mall, just to go back to the limo and get jumped. Insulted the whole trip back. Come here, still insulted. No one cares. And you expect me to spend another hour with them? Good night, Chris.”

“That’s a bunch of BS, Majestic. Why do you even care what Lana thinks if you can’t stand her?”

I shook my head. It was hopeless if I didn’t spell it out for him. “Chris, ever since I laid eyes on Lana, I’ve been in love. I’ve never seen anyone so beautiful.”

“Majestic, are you crying?”

I was…a little.

“What a punk? You are too sensitive.”

I looked at him for a second. Then I punched him so hard that he was forced back into a mirror, shattering the glass. Almost immediately, I gasped. It was pure impulse. I wasn’t the fighter in the family, Chris was.

G-Force (Sailor Moon Fan Fiction) Chapter 2: Don’t Mess with the Sailor Scouts

Sailor Scouts 2

Majestic’s big mouth gets him into trouble when he makes fun of a promise ring given to Ken by his girlfriend, Serena. What Majestic doesn’t know is that Serena and her cousins make up the Sailor Scouts, a popular girl group tasked with protecting the world from monsters by calling upon celestial powers. And Serena is the strongest. She is the one named Sailor Moon.

P.S. If you didn’t read the prologue, this is just an awesome fan fiction I wrote when I was 15-years-old from back in the day.

Chapter 2 – Don’t F**k with the Sailor Scouts

Chris and I waited outside and played a little basketball before Ken and Ryu came and picked us up. I wore a black Michael Vick jersey with some khaki shorts, while Chris wore a Vince Carter jersey over a white t-shirt and some black shorts. Ken and Ryu arrived on time.

Riding in the limo on our way to Atlanta, Chris and I couldn’t help but notice that Ken was wearing a pretty pink ring.

“My, my. What a nice little ring you have on, Ken. Where’d you get it? From a four-ear-old girl?” Chris asked.

I couldn’t help but laugh.

“He got it from his girlfriend, Serena. She makes him wear it to show that he’s already with someone.” Ryu said with a smirk.

Chris and I started laughing harder than we already were.

“Oh my God, Ken! Tell me that’s not true.” I jeered.

“Man, ya’ll just made that you don’t have girlfriends that are about you so much, that she wants you to remember her every minute of your life.” Ken said, gradually realizing how silly his words were.

“Whatever.” I chuckled. “Well, tell me something Romeo. How come I didn’t see you wearing it yesterday?”

“Wimp!” Chris said in a muffled coughed.

Everyone was laughing except Ken. “You know what. I bet you won’t tell her that yourself.”

“Man, please!” I boasted. “I’ll tell it to her the first thing she gets off that plane.”

“Why wait!” Ken shouted, smirking to hide his obvious anger.

As soon as he pulled out his phone, I noticed Ryu stopped laughing. His amusement was replaced by grave suspense. Chris kept laughing though. I could tell he was pissing Ken off, but in a way, I didn’t care. I was in the zone. Whatever. What’s his girl gonna do to me?

Ken and Ryu 2

Here, we’re introduced to two eleven-year-old brothers, Majestic and Chris, destined for greatness, but uncouth, young, wild, and naïve. Bursting with talent, they audition for a movie where they meet child superstars, Ken and Ryu.

After a rough start, their friendship takes flight, opening Majestic and Chris’s eyes to an action packed world of martial arts, fame…and a group of ass-kicking ladies who call themselves the Sailor Scouts.

P.S. If you didn’t read the prologue, this is just an awesome fan fiction I wrote when I was 15-years-old from back in the day.

G-Force Chapter 1: Adoption
By Rock Kitaro

It was August 31st 1997. Chris and I were in the same fifth grade class when a woman named Elle May stopped by.

“Good morning! You probably already know me but my name is Ms. May. I work for the 21st Century Fox casting crew.”

The class suddenly quieted down.

“That means they’re going to do a movie down here?” asked a girl.

“No! That means they’re going to do a movie down here!” Chris said sarcastically.

“You know, that’s just the kind of talent we need for this movie. If you’re interested, raise your hand.” Ms. May said, cutting off the class’s snickering.

Ms. May handed everyone an application and told them what the movie was about and who was going to be in it. “Auditions will be held tomorrow in the gym. Good luck.” And with that, Ms. May left.

…

“So what do you think about the movie?” Chris brought up on our way home.

“Do you really think you have a chance?” I asked.

“Of course, Majestic! You didn’t hear her? In her own words she said that I was the kind of talent she needs. Plus! In the application, it says they are looking for someone who can sing, dance, and fight. Who can do that better than us?”

“But I can’t fight.” I told him.

Ken and Ryu 2

Greetings friends and new readers!

Right now, I’m in between projects. I just finished “The Perennial War of Paramours” that I’m now pitching to agents. And while I wait and endure that process, coupled with some rare vacation time, I thought I’d spend the summer working on probably the most precious thing I ever created. Or as my friend Eduardo once put it, “It’s the world I created to escape the world I was in.”

ryu-ken-nuggieI think every child with an active imagination has done this. Where they’ve taken characters from their favorite shows and video games and imagine a world where they play a role in the character’s lives. Essentially, its fan fiction.

Well, when I was a kid. I had the same dream, the same world, the same characters. We’re talking about characters from Street Fighter, King of Fighters, Sailor Moon, Mortal Kombat, Dragon Ball Z, even the X-Men. And this dream lasted from the age of ten until I was probably twenty-one. I was always a pudgy, goofy, awkward, heavy-set kid, always striving to be liked and loved by everyone. My character in this dream world was quite the opposite. His name was Majestic (I know that sounds stupid.)

Sailor Scouts 2

Unlike the real me at that time, Majestic was a gifted athlete. He always had to do the right thing and never hesitated. He put himself in danger for the sake of others, selfless, yet always coming out on top through sheer will and determination. And unlike the real me at that time, Majestic had friends. He was loved. He felt wanted. He had people who depended on him and he never let them down.

Perhaps, I should start from the beginning to how this all went down. I’ve never shared this with anyone. It’s really embarrassing, but if I’m honest with it, it’ll probably make you laugh and remind you of yourself when you were a kid. I hope it does.

Job-Suffering

Greetings my friends,

In light of recent (the last few years) events, I felt compelled to share this. Here, you will read a conversation that took place between God and Satan and how it affected the life of Job.

1. There are matters going on in heaven with God that believers know nothing about, yet it affects our lives.

2. Even the best effort at explaining the issue can be useless without the scriptures.

3. God’s People do suffer. Bad things happen all the time to good people, thus, one cannot judge a person’s spirituality by his painful circumstances, or his success.

4. Even though God seems far away, perseverance in faith is a most noble virtue since God is good and one can safely leave his life in His hands.

5. The believer in the midst of suffering should not abandon God, but draw near to Him so out of fellowship, comfort can come.

6. Suffering may be intense, but it will ultimately end for the righteous and God will bless abundantly.

These are the six fundamental truths about the Book of Job taken from the MacArthur Study Bible. Last week I started re-reading Job and then last Friday that tragic school shooting from Santa Fe, Texas happened. I know it’s becoming somewhat of a twisted tradition for people to use such tragedies to either push their agenda, virtue signal, or grandstand, making it all about them instead of the victims or the surviving family members.

Even in reading this, my words, here and now, you may choose to see that I’m doing the same. Dare I ask, please curb all cynicism if for just a moment. Notice how I didn’t even post a picture of the shooting as click-bait or a close-up of a grief-stricken loved one just to provoke an emotional reaction from you. If by the end of this you think I’m nothing but a peddler trying to cash in on someone’s tragedy to look good in someone’s eyes (I’m a loner), I accept that as a failure on my part for not driving home the message, the main focus of this post.

Let’s start with whom Job was.

Job was a man blameless and upright who fear God and turned away from evil. He was considered well known in the land of Uz, this is east of Canaan, somewhere north of the Arabian desert. The time or era of his existence was considered around the same or possibly before Abraham uprooted and left for the land flowing with milk and honey. So, you have to think, it was sometime after the great flood. No doubt generations after Noah’s sons repopulated the earth and even after the people were dispersed following their attempt to build the tower of Babel.

Job’s wealth was measured not by gold or money. Not by land. But by his livestock. The scriptures say he owned some 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 yoke of oxen, and 500 female donkeys. He must have had a great amount of servants working for him to maintain such wealth.

On top of that, Job’s true blessings were in the form of his ten grown children. He had seven sons and three daughters and loved them immensely. He loved them so much that he’d offer burnt sacrifices to God on their behalf just on the mere chance that his children had sinned even in their hearts. This shows how considerate and thoughtful he was. Job was a good father.

In terms of popularity through the eyes of most humans, Job would be like the Bill Gates of today’s time. Famous, rich, and perceivably without a care in the world.

In the first chapter of the Book of Job, God held council with his angels in heaven. Satan, the Adversary, was among them. In verse 8, God says to Satan, “Have you considered my servant Job, that there is none like him on earth, a blameless and upright man, who fears God and turns away from evil?”

Beginning in verse 9, Satan answered, “Does Job fear God for no reason? Have you not put a hedge around him and his house and all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands and his possessions have increased in the land. But stretch out your hand and touch all that he has and he will curse you to your face.”

God replied in verse 12, “Behold, all that he has is in your hand. Only against him do not stretch out your hand.”

Here we see that God gave Satan permission to inflict Job with hardships. And no doubt, haughty and proud following his success of corrupting Adam and Eve, Satan set out full of confidence that he could sway Job to curse God to his face.

Before we go into the “why,” lets consider what happened. Mind you, this is just the first chapter of over forty.

In this very first chapter of Job, after holding conference with God, Satan stripped Job of his livestock via death through marauders, robbers, and fire from the sky. That’s over 11,000 animals under Job’s possession suddenly gone. The scriptures say that this happened all in one day. That’s right. In verses 13-19, the scriptures tell us that only four servants rushed in to tell him of the tragedy, one right after the other.

And worse, was when Job learned that while his children were visiting his oldest son’s house, a great wind came and toppled the four corners of the house to kill them all. All ten of his children. Dead.

In a single day, Job lost nearly everything. He was rich, considered successful in the eyes of the world. Considered moral, flawless, and upright by all who knew him. Yet he, even he, was forced into suffering. In verse 20, it says he “tore at his robe and shaved his head and fell to the ground.”

But did he curse God? Did he wave his fists at the sky and scream “WHHHYYY!!!!”

The scriptures tell us in verse 21 that Job said, “Naked I came from my mother’s womb and naked shall I return. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.”

In verse 22 it says, “In all this Job did not sin or charge God with wrong.”

All of this happens in the very first chapter of the Book of Job.

I can’t wait to continue reading because I know what happens and need ever to be reminded. Further into the Book of Job, after he is stricken with leprosy and cast out by society, three of his so-called friends approach him and try to get him abandon his faith in God. And dude…I’m telling you their arguments are convincing. When I read them, if you’d like, I can post the tactics they use. Because I think a lot of their tactics are still being used today by Atheists and Apostates alike.

But going back to that question of “why” for a moment. I have to point out something all true believers should keep in mind. This is a hard pill to swallow, but I don’t think it is if your heart isn’t corrupted by this society.

God does not owe us anything.

Just take a moment and really consider that. I know I did when I first read the statement. For, like you, I too see God as our loving heavenly father. And as we all know, fathers do owe their children something. But still…God is the Grand Creator. One of my favorite lines in the Book of Job later on is when he tells Job in 38:4 “Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?”

God does not owe us anything.

Not an apology. Not a reason. Not an explanation. He doesn’t owe us safety or security. He doesn’t owe us love or friendship. He doesn’t need our love nor our obedience. He requires them. But doesn’t need it. In the Old Testament there were so many times where God was about ready to just wipe out the ungrateful Israelites who yet grumbled despite having witnessed with their own two eyes the supernatural events, his awesome power manifested in the form of dark clouds and fire. And if it wasn’t for Moses pleading on their behalf, reminding him of the Abrahamic Covenant…

God does not owe us anything.

And if you really take those words to heart. Consider what that means, I think you’ll come to have a greater understanding and an appreciation for God’s grace, generosity, and mercy. Everything he does for us is what he chooses to do. Not because he owes us or we’re entitled to it.

Two great examples of this is the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for our sins, which he didn’t have to do. And I think, most relatable to the theme of Job, is the gift of the Bible. We have the knowledge, the answers that people thousands of years ago did not have. It was easier for them to be led astray because they didn’t have the internet or Google where they could fact-check. Or in the case of us Christians, a source where it gives us the truth to guard against false prophets and tactics of wicked manipulation.

Meanwhile, Job had absolutely no idea why he was made to suffer such heartbreak, such tragedy, such hardships. He had no clue about Satan’s endeavor to get him to curse God. Even when God talks to Job in the later chapters, he offers Job explanation. Yet, by Job’s example he teaches us what we should all do. And this is the main message the Book of Job drives home.

“In the end, the lesson learned was that one may never know the specific reason for his suffering; but one must trust in Sovereign God. That is the real answer to suffering.” – MacArthur Study Bible.

Bad things will continue to happen until the end of this wicked system of things. Jesus will return and wash away all wickedness from this Earth. If you don’t believe this then it’s understandable, the frustration and confusion, the anger and outrage, the questions of “WHEN WILL IT END?” or “WHY DO THESE THINGS KEEP HAPPENING?” will forever persist.

And as we all know, suffering for Job does end. And God blesses him abundantly with more than he lost and ten more children after the ordeal was complete.

But also, keep in mind that even though Job received great blessings after the ordeal, even still, this isn’t owed to us. Mind you, the main reason why Satan thought to challenge God when it came to Job’s devotion was because Satan believed it was due to a question we should all ask ourselves in the depths of our hearts. “Do we serve God with pure motives or are we only in it as long as the blessings flow?”

IF GOD REALLY LOVED US, HE WOULDN’T ALLOW US TO SUFFER!!!

IF GOD EXISTED, HE WOULDN’T ALLOW GOOD PEOPLE TO SUFFER!!!

GOD DOESN’T EXIST BECAUSE IF HE DID, HE WOULD HAVE ANSWERED MY PRAYERS!!!

About three years ago, I used to hear those statements all the time by associates and people around the world from the forums I’d contribute to. I knew from my Christian foundation why bad things were happening and why they would continue to happen. But that knowledge was inherited or passed down to me. Meaning, it’s just what I was told. I never took the time to actually read what the Bible has to say on such matters. Thus, when I hear the emotional outcry following some national disaster or tragedy, I’d find my own doubts bubbling to surface, my faith slipping on thin ice.

That’s when I picked up the Bible. I opened the very first page and started to read. I read one to three chapters a night depending on the length and after two years, I finished reading the whole book. I can’t tell you how much it’s changed my life for good. However, I confess, one perceived side-effect about knowing the truth is that you can be seen as somewhat callous when bad things happen. You’re not shocked or terribly surprised by what’s happening.

And while you see others around you in their grief, their demands for change, their finger-pointing and a human need for justice…you can’t help but feel thankful that you know the truth. Our Grand Creator. The God of Armies. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Jehovah. Our heavenly father. Turn to him. Put your faith in him. Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven always.

The Novelty of Missing Someone…

Posted by Rock Kitaro on February 24, 2018
Posted in: About the Author. Leave a comment

You know what I miss… the novelty of missing someone.

It’s so peculiar, really. With my imagination and memories, I need only think of someone and they’re there. Sometimes, I even have conversations with them as I walk down halls or prepare for the gym. And if they’re alive, thanks to smartphones and social media, they’re only a few clicks away. I see what they look like. I see how much they’ve changed or stayed the same.

So when I’m reunited with acquaintances, I honestly don’t feel much. We say, “we need to get together sometime…” but the truth is I never really felt that they were gone. Even the ones who truly are gone. I see them. As clear as I see the screen in front of me.

So then, why do you feel alone sometimes, Rock?

Well…just because I can think of them, doesn’t mean I want to or think its good for my peace of mind. Sometimes, I’ll think of an old love lost, and it hurts. Sometimes, I’ll consider a co-worker who has moved on and it makes me wonder if I should move on too. I’ll think of my peers, they’re growing families, their parties, their vacations, and it makes me wonder if I’m missing out on life if I don’t do those things too.

That’s why I’m a workaholic. To keep these detrimental thoughts at bay, I turn my mind to production. Dark care rarely sits behind the rider whose pace is fast enough.

So then, you’re alone because you choose to be.

Yes. And while I know man’s not meant to be alone, and it’s usually followed by negative context…I honestly believe that its in the depths of my solitude that I learned so much. When you’re surrounded by others, there’s so much to pull you out of your own head.

But when you’re alone…truly alone. You’re afforded the opportunity to think. To read biographies, philosophies, and events that aren’t directly related to you. This world is so huge, there’s so much that’s happened, and by the time you graduated college, I think most people know but a small fraction of it.

Well, Rock. You can have friends, be married, and kids and still learn those things.

I never said you couldn’t. The path I walk isn’t, or shouldn’t be an affront to the multitude of those who walk a different path.

Well, you’re talking like you’re so different and better than everyone else. I think you’re just so full of yourself. You need to pull your head out of your own ass.

And be like everyone else? Dare I ask?

YOU ARE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE! Everyone has these thoughts. There’s nothing special about you.

Just a quick question, by that logic, do you think that nobody is special? Not even your significant other, your daughter, your mother, Martin Luther King Jr., Shakespeare, Voltaire, Alexander the Great, etcs?

So, you’re comparing yourself to Voltaire now?

I see…so, what do you want me to think? Let’s be honest, what are you really getting at here?

I want you to get over yourself!

Why?

Because you’re full of shit!

So?

So, what?!

Why does it bother you?

Because I’m sick of people thinking they’re so better than everyone else.

lol, you want me to get over myself. Your answer to why is because I’m full of it. And it bothers you because people think they’re better than everyone else. At what point, did you see me mention how better I am than others? If anything, I acknowledged a great deal of pain, of self-loathing. The one sample of self-acknowledgment is that I’m afforded time to think, which you so eloquently pointed out, is no big whup because anyone can be afforded time to think.

Okay, so what’s your question?

Why do you think, that I think I’m better than everyone else?

So you’re saying you don’t?

That’s what I’m saying.

Well you sure talk like it.

*cries self to sleep*

“Rock. Missing someone isn’t a novelty, it’s a misery.”

I’d say its a lot like love. Love can be something grand and happy and joyous…it can also be pain.
