  1. The church is failing single women through a couple of ways:

    1. The church is not following Titus 2:3-5.

Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.

Are older women teaching younger women to do any of that in most churches today? Of course not. Most older women in churches are nosy, gossipy busybodies judging everyone else and drinking too much while publicly humiliating, or divorcing, their husbands. That’s what younger women see of older women. So, younger women learn to be the very same things.

    2. Most younger women do not really want to live a Christian lifestyle of prudence, chastity, temperance, diligence, monogamy, and marriage.

Most younger women attending churches today aren’t even a little interested in truly living and walking out a Christian life. They would rather date and have sex with nonChristian men than chastely date Christian men with an eye toward marriage. I know people don’t like hearing that, but it’s the truth and we need to start admitting it to ourselves.

Where the church is failing young single Christian women is by failing to call them out on this and confront them on this. The Church won’t do this because doing so is “mean spirited” and “cruel” and “sexist” and “misogynist” and “unloving”. These women are engaging in sinful conduct and no one is willing to call them out on it because when they do, all the women in the church and some of the simp men shriek “you’re just being mean” and then threaten to leave.

That’s a hard thing to read. But it’s the truth, and we need to acknowledge and admit it.
